The Elbow Plating System 2.7/3.5 is part of the LOQTEQ® Plating System and was designed to address complex fractures of the distal humerus and the proximal ulna.
The gliding-locking holes in the plate shaft enable compression and angular-stable locking in one single step.
The anatomical pre-shaped LOQTEQ® Elbow Plates are adapted to the distal humerus and proximal ulna anatomy and can be used as an alignment guide for reconstructing complex fractures.
Low profile plates in combination with 2.7 mm locking screws in the distal plate area reduce the risk of soft tissue irritation.
Locking and compression holes in the shaft allow optional variable compression.
The aiming arm facilitates the positioning of the distal screws and provides optimal support for the distal articular block.
Field of Use:
The LOQTEQ® Elbow Plates are indicated for the fixation of intra- and extra-articular fractures, supracondylar fractures, osteotomies and non-unions of the distal humerus.

The system includes anatomical pre-shaped angular-stable LOQTEQ® Distal Humerus Plates with 2, 3, 5, 7 and 11 holes and Olecranon Plates with 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 holes.
The LOQTEQ® Elbow Plating System is available as a modular add-on set to the LOQTEQ® Small Fragment Instrument Set.
For a distal humerus fracture treatment a 90° and a 180° version are available.
