On adjustment, both the backrest and thigh section drift linearly away from the posterior in addition to the tilt action, thus preventing the patient in bed from getting trapped or becoming dislodged (linear equalisation in accordance with recommendation of the DBfK (German Association of Professional Carers)). At the same time a particularly comfortable sitting position as well as orthopaedic position can be achieved. Furthermore, a kinaesthetic space is created which promotes the autonomy of the patient.

It offers good quality at a good price. The bed basically offers a Trendelen/Reverse Trendelenburg position and an extendable backrest according to the DBfK. Apart from a mechanical version an electrical one is also available.
