Model 4390
The Vitano bed was developed with the declared objective of reducing the externally visible technology to a minimum in order to gain the freedom to create sweeping new shapes. As a result, the Vitano hospital bed completely changes the face of hospital equipment as we know it - its distinct fluent, contours creating a graceful elegance full of character and charm. On adjustment, both the backrest and thigh section drift linearly away from the posterior in addition to the tilt action, thus preventing the patient in bed from getting trapped or becoming dislodged (linear equalisation in accordance with recommendation of the DBfK (German Association of Professional Carers)). At the same time a particularly comfortable sitting position as well as orthopaedic position can be achieved. Furthermore, a kinaesthetic space is created which promotes the autonomy of the patient.

Model 5378
Reduced to the bare necessities, this hospital bed represents a highly versatile piece of equipment, fully geared to the difficult conditions involved in intensive care. With model 5378 you have an intensive care bed which, on account of its technical perfection and comprehensive functional features, not only offers optimum safety but also facilitates the day-to-day work of the medical staff and at the same time promoting patient recuperation.

Model 4422
Besides the above-mentioned technically sophisticated beds, stiegelmeyer also offers hospital beds for a smaller budget. A good example in this respect is our hospital bed model 4422. It offers good quality at a good price. The bed basically offers a Trendelen/Reverse Trendelenburg position and an extendable backrest according to the DBfK. Apart from a mechanical version an electrical one is also available.
