In just over 100 years ATMOS MedizinTechnik has grown to a company which combines long time experience and future-orientated technology. In the beginning a valve to regulate the “atmospheric” pressure was called “special ATMOS”. This is where the company’s name originated from.
For more than a century ATMOS has manufactured and sold innovative medical technology in more than 70 countries worldwide. Some 100,000 suction systems and more than 10,000 ENT workstations are in daily use in clinic and practice.
Today, for the well-being of patients worldwide, ATMOS is continuously launching innovations in the business ranges ENT, Surgery, Care and Gynaecology. Another ATMOS objective is the advanced training for their worldwide partners. For this reason the ATMOS Academy was founded. The aim of the Academy is to perform further education and advanced training in cooperation with internationally approved health professional specialists and experts from ATMOS. For this purpose we have our own training centre. The training room is provided with state-of-the-art technology. On the upper floor there are 4 bright and friendly exhibition rooms for the individual business fields.
There are a large number of intensive training possibilities for each business field. These are offered to the individual groups of persons worldwide. Among other things ATMOS offers advanced training courses for larynx diagnostics, stroboscopy and voice analysis in the ENT medicine. Operating with radiosurgery in the surgical field, suction of the respiratory tract in the care field and various further training in the gynaecological field.
