Thanks to the technically sophisticated insufflators and pump systems of our Flow&Fluid business division, the necessary room for the endoscopic procedure is achieved through the controlled distention of body cavities using fluids and gases. Procedures can be viewed and documented via the 1-chip and 3-chip cameras, cold light sources, and documentation systems of the Vision&Images division. The patented FREDDY® laser enables the patient-friendly elimination of urinary stones. The Gamma Finder® is used during the surgical procedure Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy (SLNB) for the detection of possibly cancerous lymph nodes.
